How it works
Seven steps to a wardrobe that fits you

Choose a service from the offer
Five options to choose from — each with its own character, scope and price. Pick the one that best fits your needs.

Contact the stylist by email or phone
Reach out by email or phone using the details in the service listing. Together we discuss the collaboration and decide whether to go ahead.

Pay the deposit
The deposit varies by service and goes to the designated account. Next steps begin once the funds arrive — officially 1–2 business days, usually much faster.
- 04
We create your account
The stylist sets up your account and sends a login and activation link. Opening the link activates the account and lets you set a password.
- 05
Complete the questionnaire
Whenever it suits you (within 20 business days), fill out the questionnaire and upload your photos — it takes usually under an hour.

Response from the stylist
Once everything is gathered, you get the stylist’s feedback within two weeks — a PDF that, depending on the service, may include a body-shape analysis, online report, recommendations, style card or capsule wardrobe.

Further consultations
Something still unclear, or more questions later? Every service price includes a follow-up consultation period with your stylist.
